Legal basis: Law on Public Information Disclosure No. 14 of 2008 Article 10, in conjunction with Information Commission Regulation No. 1 of 2021 (SLIP) Article 19. The Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Mulawarman immediately announces information that may threaten public livelihood and public order, at minimum as follows.

- Information related to regulatory changes.
- Information that may affect the disruption of the teaching and learning process as well as the interests of students/parents and educational services - for example: Circular Letter on Online Lectures (PDF).
- Information about social disasters (demonstrations, riots, social conflicts, and/or terror) that may disrupt the campus environment.
- Food safety information (e.g., poison in circulating food products) as well as planned disruptions to public utilities.
- Procedures and locations for emergency evacuation, how to avoid danger, and how to obtain assistance from the authorities.
- Other information stipulated in laws and regulations.
