RPKIM is a strategic effort by the Faculty of Agriculture, Unmul, to provide appreciation and academic recognition of student achievements beyond formal learning - whether in research, innovation, entrepreneurship, community service, or achievements at the local, national, and international levels. This policy implements the Rector of Universitas Mulawarman Decree No. 4 of 2023 on the Recognition of Student Achievements and Innovation Works, and is aligned with the Kemdiktisaintek Impactful Campus Program.
Objectives
- To provide recognition of students' achievements, works, and innovation outcomes as learning results.
- To provide quantitative/qualitative assessment of the achievements of undergraduate and postgraduate students, equivalent to relevant courses or final projects (thesis, master's thesis, dissertation).
- To provide recognition for postgraduate students in the form of exemption from the master's thesis examination requirement (Master's), as well as exemption from the dissertation eligibility examination requirement and/or exemption from the dissertation examination (Doctoral).
Scope
- Course Equivalence - equivalence of student activities and achievements with relevant courses using an adjusted credit system.
- Final Project Equivalence - equivalence of student activities and achievements with final projects (thesis, master's thesis, dissertation).
Basic Recognition Scheme
Forms of student achievement eligible for recognition include:
- Proposals and final reports funded by the BELMAWA Directorate.
- Scientific papers entered in competitions (Non-PIMNAS).
- Scientific papers that obtain BELMAWA Directorate funding.
- Scientific papers presented in seminars and published in popular magazines.
- Scientific articles in indexed international journals other than Scopus and WoS.
- Scientific articles in SINTA- or Scopus/WoS-indexed journals.
- Books with an ISBN (textbooks, monographs, references, translations, and the like).
- Innovative product prototypes.
- National intellectual property rights.
- Film works.
- Achievements in sports.
- Non-sports achievements other than PIMNAS and national/international competitions of the BELMAWA Directorate.
- Entrepreneurship activities outside BELMAWA Directorate funding.
General Requirements
Non-Final-Project Equivalence
- Meet the requirements to take non-final-project equivalence.
- The student is active and is not currently enrolled in the course to be equivalenced.
- Complete the form and register it with the study program coordinator.
Final Project Equivalence
- Meet the requirements to take the final project.
- The student is active and is enrolled in the final project course.
- Complete the form and register it with the study program coordinator.
Equivalence Details
The guidelines set out equivalence details for the Undergraduate, Master's, and Doctoral levels, including the recognition of credits for BELMAWA and Puspresnas competition achievements, IKU targets, types of PKM recognition, and the calculation of credits for P2MW and PPK Ormawa activities.
