Legal basis: Law on Public Information Disclosure No. 14 of 2008 Article 11, in conjunction with Regulation of the Information Commission No. 1 of 2021 (SLIP) Article 21. The Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Mulawarman makes available at all times public information comprising at least the following.
Information List
- A list of all information under the institution's control, as well as the institution's decisions and policies along with their supporting documents.
- Quality policy and quality manual.
- Guidelines for the management of the organization, administration, and personnel.
- Complete profiles of leaders and staff.
- Agreements between the institution and third parties (MoU/memorandum of understanding/cooperation) along with their supporting documents.
- Correspondence documents of leaders/officials.
- Public service work procedures and information service guidelines (SOP).
- Information on activities held in meetings open to the public.
- The general budget and financial reports (including UPT and statistical data for the last 5 years), treasury/inventory data, as well as information access service reports.
- The number, type, and general overview of violations found or reported along with their enforcement reports (without identities), as well as other information regulated by laws and regulations.
