The Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Mulawarman provides a range of special services to ensure that students' rights are fulfilled in both academic and non-academic areas, with the aim of providing comfort, protection, and support to students throughout their education.
1. Student Scholarship Services
Managed by the Sub-Working Group on Student Affairs, Alumni & Cooperation: information on scholarship opening schedules, assistance with document submission, and consultation on administrative requirements.
2. Student Counseling Services
Guidance and consultation on academic, social, or psychological challenges, including academic consultation, psychological support, and personal development.
3. Student Complaint Services
A channel for aspirations, criticism, suggestions, and complaints about academic/non-academic services, in person or online: complaints about academics, facilities, and administrative services.
4. Services for Students with Special Needs
Support and accessibility: assistance with academic services, access to supporting facilities, and coordination of students' special needs.
5. Academic Assistance Services
Administrative services and academic assistance: academic leave, proof-of-enrollment letters, academic dispensations, and academic guidance.
