Fields of Study
The study program emphasizes agricultural-product processing and handling technology, food safety and quality, food microbiology, agricultural-product chemistry and biochemistry, as well as process engineering and product development, with a distinctiveness in the wet-tropics resources of Kalimantan. The study program is supported by teaching staff from the Department of Agricultural Product Technology.
