In accordance with the Statute of Universitas Mulawarman, the Faculty functions as an academic implementing element at the faculty and department level, with the main task of organizing and developing the activities of the Tri Dharma of higher education: education, research, and community service. In carrying out these duties, the Faculty upholds the academic policies and regulations established by Universitas Mulawarman.
1. Position
Faculty Quality Assurance Group Center (PGJMF)
A Faculty support unit responsible to the Dean for controlling standards and assuring the quality of the faculty institution.
Study Program Quality Assurance Unit (UJMP)
A Faculty support unit under and responsible to the Dean through the head of the study program for controlling standards and assuring the quality of the study program.
2. Main Tasks
PGJMF
- Disseminating the Quality Assurance System (SPM) to the academic community at the faculty level.
- Facilitating the preparation of faculty quality documents.
- Carrying out monitoring and evaluation of educational delivery in the academic field.
- Monitoring the follow-up of internal quality audit results.
- Carrying out mentoring for study program accreditation preparation.
- Coordinating with LP3M and UJMP.
UJMP
- Preparing the study program Internal Quality Assurance Standards.
- Preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Carrying out monitoring and evaluation of educational delivery at the study program level.
- Coordinating with PGJMF.
3. Functions
Chair
- Carrying out coordination with LP3M.
- Carrying out the coordination, monitoring, and evaluation of the duties of the secretary and members of PGJMF.
- Being responsible for the performance of PGJMF duties and reporting them to the Dean.
Secretary
- Assisting the chair in the planning, coordination, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of activities.
- Being responsible for PGJMF administration and the agenda of regular meetings, coordination, and evaluation.
- Preparing the draft report on the performance of duties each semester.
Members
Assisting in carrying out the duties of the Faculty PGJMF.
