Eight Key Performance Indicators
These guidelines describe the eight IKU of state universities along with their targets, definitions, calculation formulas, and achievement strategies within the Faculty of Agriculture.
IKU 1 - Graduates Obtaining Decent Employment
The percentage of graduates who successfully obtain employment, continue their studies, or become entrepreneurs within a certain period after graduation.
IKU 2 - Students Engaged in Off-Campus Activities
The percentage of students who undertake learning experiences outside the campus (internships, village projects, teaching, research, entrepreneurship, or student exchange) or achieve accomplishments.
IKU 3 - Lecturers Engaged in Off-Campus Activities
The percentage of lecturers carrying out tridharma activities at other campuses, working as practitioners in industry, or mentoring high-achieving students.
IKU 4 - Practitioners Teaching on Campus
The percentage of permanent lecturers with an S-3 academic qualification, a competency/professional certificate, or who come from among professional practitioners.
IKU 5 - Lecturers' Work Being Beneficial
The number of lecturers' research and community-service outputs per number of lecturers that are utilized by the community or obtain international recognition.
IKU 6 - Study Program Partnerships
The percentage of study programs that establish cooperation with world-class partners, the business/industrial world, or top universities.
IKU 7 - Collaborative and Participatory Classes
The percentage of courses that use case-solving learning methods (case method) or group project-based learning as part of the evaluation weight.
IKU 8 - Internationally Standardized Study Programs
The percentage of study programs that obtain government-recognized international-level accreditation or certification.
Use of the Guidelines
The IKU Guidelines serve as a reference for work units and study programs in setting annual targets, preparing supporting evidence, and compiling achievement reports. These guidelines are linked to the IKU Report and Performance Contract documents as part of the faculty's performance planning, implementation, and evaluation cycle.
