This 20th batch of STAR program will be held with 3 categories:
• STAR Agronomy – Asisten Kebun
• STAR Accounting – Kepala Tata Usaha
• STAR Engineering – Asisten Traksi
QUALIFICATION:
1) GPA (IPK) of 3.00 or higher with minimum education level:
D3/S1 Agriculture/Forestry for STAR Agronomy Program.
D3/S1 Accounting for STAR Accounting Program.
D3/S1 Mechanical Engineering for STAR Engineering Program.
2) Fresh graduate or maximum of 2 years working experience.
3) Maximum age limit of 28 y.o (in December 2023).
4) Willing to take part in intensive training for 6 (six) months.
5) Willing to be placed in all operational region of the company.
6) Has leadership skill and able to working individually or as part of a team.
7) Has an honest, diligent, discipline, and responsible personality as well as high needs for achievement.
