menarik antusiasme yang luar biasa. Tercatat sebanyak <strong>550 peserta<\/strong> bergabung dalam ruang diskusi digital, yang terdiri dari kalangan mahasiswa, dosen, peneliti, praktisi peternakan, hingga masyarakat umum yang ingin memperdalam pemahaman mengenai tata kelola ternak yang baik dan sesuai syariat.<br \/>\nRangkaian acara diawali dengan laporan dari Ketua Panitia, <strong>Qurratu Aini, M.Si<\/strong>, yang menyampaikan apresiasinya atas partisipasi lintas sektor dalam kegiatan ini. Webinar ini kemudian dibuka secara resmi oleh Dekan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Mulawarman, <strong>Dr. Ir. H. Hadi Suprapto, S.P., M.P., IPM<\/strong> selaku moderator, yang mengarahkan jalannya sesi tanya jawab antara narasumber dan para peserta. Penyampaian materi dalam webinar ini dibagi menjadi tiga sesi utama oleh para pakar di bidangnya. Narasumber pertama, <strong>Suhardi, S.Pt., MP., Ph.D<\/strong> yang merupakan Dosen Prodi Peternakan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Mulawarman, memaparkan materi mengenai \u201cMemaksimalkan Produktivitas Ternak Kurban: Panduan Pemeliharaan dan Kondisi Prasyarat Pra-Penyembelihan dari Perspektif Produksi Ternak\u201d. Dalam paparannya, beliau menjelaskan kaitan ilmiah antara metode penyembelihan halal dengan kualitas tekstur dan keamanan daging sapi.
