Fachrizal Anwar S. Hut., M. Si (Kepala Bagian Fakultas Hukum) dan Bpk. Dedi Djalipa (Sub. Koordinator Akademik Fakultas Ilmu Budaya). Pertemuan ini cukup banyak yang dibahas diantaranya sharing penggunaan Academic Integrated System (AIS), pembagian kelas untuk matakuliah serta pembagian jadwal dan ruangan yang digunakan dalam
